Account Executive

Tresta, one of Florida’s fastest-growing technology companies, is looking for someone special to join our Tallahassee crew. We are looking for our first true outbound sales executive to help lead sales initiatives for our two brands, PATLive and Tresta.  In addition to experience, we need a self-motivated leader who’s ready to make an immediate impact to our organization.  As our sole outbound account executive, you will work with the inbound sales teams and marketing teams to handle sales inquiries, attend industry events and serve as our local premise rep here in Tallahassee.  You will work in direct partnership with the marketing team to deliver an extraordinary experience that not only engages, but delights our potential customers.  Your average day will be spent making sales calls, self-generating leads, collaborating, laughing and exceeding the expectations of our customers and affiliates. In our opinion, that’s a pretty good workday.

  • Dreams big with us about changing the way small businesses communicate

You will:

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
  • Lead in developing and circulating the set of best practices which are the foundation of this growing sales team
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with the marketing team
  • Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions
  • Act as an outward-facing ambassador of Tresta’s beliefs, brands, and products
  • Communicate constantly with prospects via phone & email (80% of time)
  • Seek and acquire new partnerships and resellers of our brands

You have:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, phone preferred
  • Consistently overachieved your sales quota
  • Previous experience in outbound sales and prospecting
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good listening skills

  • An assertive, resilient and persuasive personality
  • The ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
  • An interest in implementing feedback to consistently improve your craft
  • Hustle and determination

You might also have:

  • Prior experience working tradeshows and conferences
  • Consultative sales background with training in Challenger methodology
  • Prior experience in business development and acquisition of strategic partnerships
